Most of our private chauffeurs accept pets on board their vehicles, provided that they are in their cage or travel bag. In order to keep our vehicles in a perfect state of cleanliness and hygiene, animals must travel in the boot of the vehicle and are considered as luggage. Customers must specify that they are travelling with animals. They can indicate this in the "additional information" section when making their booking, failing which the driver may refuse to take the animals. All passengers arriving with animals without a cage or suitable travel bag, or who have not indicated that they are travelling with animals when booking, may be refused access to the vehicle by the driver. Cancellation charges will then apply.
Working solely on reservation, our private chauffeurs sometimes have to block several hours of their schedule in order to be able to carry out a service. They are therefore unable to accept other bookings during this blocked time slot. When a booking is cancelled shortly before departure time, the driver finds himself with a hole in his schedule because he hasn't had time to accept another booking to replace the cancelled one.
For these reasons, we are obliged to charge a fee for cancelling a booking.

Working solely on reservation, our SAE drivers must make every effort to respect our customers' reservation times and cannot wait indefinitely for passengers. We therefore ask our customers to make sure they are ready at the time they have booked.
For your comfort, and for safety reasons, all luggage must be placed in the boot of the vehicle. For this reason, we ask our customers to respect the maximum number of pieces of luggage indicated when selecting the vehicle category. In the event of non-compliance the maximum number of luggage, the driver has the right to refuse any luggage that cannot be placed in the boot of the vehicle.
In order to offer each of our passengers an equivalent quality of service, in a vehicle that is in a perfect state of cleanliness and hygiene, the consumption of drinks or food on board our vehicles is not permitted. With the exception of consumables provided by your driver on board the vehicle.
For the comfort and, above all, the safety of your children, we do not transport children without car seats adapted to their morphology. For this reason, we can provide you free of charge with car seats or baby seats adapted to the size of your children. To do this, at the first stage of your booking, you must indicate the number of passengers, adults and children. When you enter the number of children, you will be asked in the fourth step whether you need child seats for your journey. In the "additional information" section, you can also specify the size of your children or the type of child seat you need. If you wish to travel with your own car seats, you can indicate that you do not need child seats. Any passenger arriving with children without a car seat, or who has not indicated the need for child seats at the time of booking, may be refused access to the vehicle by the driver. Cancellation charges will then apply.
